"Dear Ron,

I wanted to share my story with you, so that you may be able to share my story with others and hopefully save others from facing the same challenges i am facing!

I am a single mother, with a teenage son, and we recently moved into a home i bought for us. I thought i did all my homework in buying this house - i checked out difference mortgage options, i had a great Realtor, i got a home inspection and a termite inspection. I thought that i covered the bases, and that i was protected from hidden dangers.

Soon after closing, when we moved in, i noticed a persistent strong odor in the bathroom. I was trying to find where it was coming from and i pulled loose the baseboards, and discovered extremely rotted wood and what appeared to be mold behind them.

After calling Mold Inspection Group out for an inspection, you discovered much rotted wood through my home, and obvious evidence of leaks under both sinks! Why didn't my home inspector find these issues? Didn't he notice the mold that was obviously growing in the crawl space on my floor joists?

Now i am facing thousands of dollars in repairs to make my home safe for my growing boy. Thousands i would never have had to spend if i had had a Certified Mold Inspection from Mold Inspection Group in addition to my regular home inspection BEFORE CLOSING!
