	Test for the presence of mold spores(cannot be seen by the naked eye)
	Identify moisture sources leading to mold growth
	Test for high moisture content
	Identify mold growth if found
	Test to determine actual type and concentration of mold if needed
	Address any other mold related issues that are discovered
	Prepare and deliver full assessment report (including removal and/or remediation plan if needed) upon completion of the inspection.
