Our staff has over 28 years’ experience in identifying, testing, and correcting Indoor Air Quality.

Our Mold assessment is conducted in a friendly and professional manner that is structured not to interfere with normal activities being conducted in the structure. The inspection is designed to accomplish the following:

• Quantify the quality of Indoor Air
• Test for the presence of mold spores(cannot be seen by the naked eye)
• Identify moisture sources leading to mold growth
• Test for high moisture content
• Identify mold growth if found
• Test to determine actual type and concentration of mold if needed
• Address any other mold related issues that are discovered
• Prepare and deliver full assessment report (including removal and/or remediation plan if needed) upon completion of the inspection.
• Testing for Bacteria, MRSA, VOC’s and Formaldehyde is available.
• Complete Indoor Air Quality Assessments & Testing beyond mold would include the appropriate combination air, surface or vacuum sampling for many types of indoor particulates including Dander, Fibers, Pollens as well as dust mite and cockroach excrement.
