• Thorough inspection of a specified area of the structure.
• Humidity and moisture testing of that area.
• Scanning floors, walls and ceilings in that area for trapped moisture.
• Inspecting the area for water damage and or water intrusion.
• Inspecting the area for possible mold colonies.
• Complete report with pictures and conclusions.
  (sampling and testing for mold growth is not included)

Standard Inspection- Starting at $199.00 ($249.00 over 3500 SF )

• Thorough inspection of entire structure.
• Humidity and moisture testing of entire structure.
• Scanning floors, walls and ceilings for trapped moisture.
• Inspection of HVAC and duct system.
• Inspect outside walls and foundation for water intrusion.
• Complete report with pictures and conclusions.(sampling and testing for mold growth is not included)
