Residential Inspection ::

Limited Inspection- $149.00 (Limited area such as crawl space or basement)

	Thorough inspection of a specified area of the structure.
	Humidity and moisture testing of that area.
	Scanning floors, walls and ceilings in that area for trapped moisture.
	Inspecting the area for water damage and or water intrusion.
	Inspecting the area for possible mold colonies.
	Complete report with pictures and conclusions. (sampling and testing for mold growth is not included)

Standard Inspection- $199.00 ($249.00 over 3500 SF )

	Thorough inspection of entire structure.
	Humidity and moisture testing of entire structure.
	Scanning floors, walls and ceilings for trapped moisture.
	Inspection of HVAC and duct system.
	Inspect outside walls and foundation for water intrusion.
	Complete report with pictures and conclusions. (sampling and testing for mold growth is not included)
